S\u00e1p gi\u00e3n n\u1edf khi nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng v\u00e0 co l\u1ea1i nhanh ch\u00f3ng khi nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 gi\u1ea3m, \u0111\u00e2y l\u00e0 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 r\u1ea5t quan tr\u1ecdng trong vi\u1ec7c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ch\u00fang trong nhi\u1ec1u ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p kh\u00e1c nhau.   <\/p>\n<p>Th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n c\u1ee7a s\u00e1p r\u1ea5t \u0111a d\u1ea1ng, nh\u01b0ng h\u1ea7u h\u1ebft c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i s\u00e1p \u0111\u1ec1u \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e0m t\u1eeb ankan m\u1ea1ch th\u1eb3ng, hi\u0111rocacbon, ho\u1eb7c h\u1ed7n h\u1ee3p hi\u0111rocacbon b\u00e3o h\u00f2a, r\u01b0\u1ee3u, este, axit v\u00e0 c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t kh\u00e1c.<\/p>\n<p>Khi s\u00e1p \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c tinh ch\u1ebf ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n, n\u00f3 s\u1ebd kh\u00f4 v\u00e0 gi\u00f2n.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e1p polyetylen l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t lo\u1ea1i polyme polyetylen c\u00f3 tr\u1ecdng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ph\u00e2n t\u1eed r\u1ea5t th\u1ea5p, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t b\u1eb1ng hai ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p:<\/p>\n<p>1- Ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng tr\u00f9ng h\u1ee3p \u1edf \u00e1p su\u1ea5t cao (s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ch\u1ea5t x\u00fac t\u00e1c ch\u1ee9a oxy)<\/p>\n<p>2- Tr\u00f9ng h\u1ee3p \u00e1p su\u1ea5t th\u1ea5p (s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ch\u1ea5t x\u00fac t\u00e1c Ziegler-Nata) ho\u1eb7c Tr\u00f9ng h\u1ee3p g\u1ed1c t\u1ef1 do<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e1p polyetylen s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i theo lo\u1ea1i nh\u01b0 sau:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e1p Polyethylene m\u1eadt \u0111\u1ed9 cao (HDPE)<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e1p Polyethylene m\u1eadt \u0111\u1ed9 th\u1ea5p (LDPE)<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e1p Polyethylene b\u1ecb oxy h\u00f3a (OPE)<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e1p Polyethylene si\u00eau m\u1ecbn<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e1p nh\u0169 t\u01b0\u01a1ng<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>S\u00e1p polyetylen kh\u00f4ng ph\u00e2n c\u1ef1c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng l\u00e0m ch\u1ea5t b\u00f4i tr\u01a1n b\u00ean ngo\u00e0i trong h\u1ea7u h\u1ebft c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m l\u00e0m t\u1eeb nh\u1ef1a v\u00e0 PVC v\u00ec c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac v\u00f4 \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u00ecnh c\u1ee7a s\u00e1p polyetylen v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u1edbt th\u1ea5p c\u1ee7a n\u00f3 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1ed1t nh\u01b0 ch\u1ea5t b\u00f4i tr\u01a1n b\u00ean ngo\u00e0i.<\/p>\n<p>C\u1ea7n l\u01b0u \u00fd r\u1eb1ng trong quy tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t PVC, s\u00e1p polyetylen di chuy\u1ec3n ra b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t ngo\u00e0i c\u1ee7a s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng nh\u01b0 m\u1ed9t ch\u1ea5t b\u00f4i tr\u01a1n b\u00ean ngo\u00e0i, khi\u1ebfn s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng d\u1ec5 b\u1ecb t\u00e1ch kh\u1ecfi m\u00e1y v\u00e0 l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m \u0111\u1ed9 b\u00f3ng b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t, nh\u01b0ng nh\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec3m l\u00e0 l\u00e0m gi\u1ea3m t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 n\u00f3ng ch\u1ea3y c\u1ee7a PVC.
