Les cires sont souvent de longues cha\u00eenes de mat\u00e9riaux organiques qui ont une plage de fusion et aucun point de fusion sp\u00e9cifique. La d\u00e9formation des cires sous l&rsquo;effet des changements de temp\u00e9rature est un facteur tr\u00e8s important pour leurs applications. Les cires se dilatent lorsque la temp\u00e9rature augmente et se r\u00e9tractent rapidement lorsque la temp\u00e9rature diminue, ce qui est un facteur tr\u00e8s important pour leur utilisation dans diverses industries.   <\/p>\n<p>La composition des cires varie, mais la plupart d&rsquo;entre elles sont fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;alcanes normaux, d&rsquo;hydrocarbures ou d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;hydrocarbures satur\u00e9s, d&rsquo;alcools, d&rsquo;esters, d&rsquo;acides et d&rsquo;autres substances.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la cire est compl\u00e8tement pure et raffin\u00e9e, elle est compl\u00e8tement s\u00e8che et croustillante.<\/p>\n<p>La cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne est un polym\u00e8re de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne de tr\u00e8s faible poids mol\u00e9culaire qui est produit selon deux m\u00e9thodes :<\/p>\n<p>1- Polym\u00e9risation \u00e0 haute pression (\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de catalyseurs contenant de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne)<\/p>\n<p>2- Polym\u00e9risation \u00e0 basse pression (\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un catalyseur Ziegler-Nata) ou polym\u00e9risation radicalaire<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les cires de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne sont class\u00e9es par type comme suit :  <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne haute densit\u00e9 (PEHD)<\/li>\n<li>Cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne basse densit\u00e9 (LDPE)<\/li>\n<li>Cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne oxyd\u00e9e (OPE)<\/li>\n<li>Cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne micronis\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Cire \u00e0 \u00e9mulsion<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les cires de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne non polaires sont utilis\u00e9es comme lubrifiants externes dans la plupart des produits \u00e0 base de plastique et de PVC, car la structure amorphe de la cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne et sa faible viscosit\u00e9 agissent bien comme agents lubrifiants externes.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient de noter que dans le processus de fabrication du PVC, la cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne migre vers la surface ext\u00e9rieure du produit final en tant que lubrifiant externe, ce qui entra\u00eene la s\u00e9paration du produit final de la machine et le facteur de brillance de la surface, mais ses inconv\u00e9nients r\u00e9duisent le taux de fusion du PVC. Ce d\u00e9faut peut \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9 en utilisant d&rsquo;autres additifs ou des cires de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne oxyd\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p><strong>La cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne est largement utilis\u00e9e dans diverses industries en raison des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s suivantes :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bonne stabilit\u00e9 thermique<\/li>\n<li>Faible solubilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9sistance aux produits chimiques Effet<\/li>\n<li>Point de fusion<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;abrasion et \u00e0 la ferraille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La principale application de la cire de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne dans l&rsquo;industrie serait les rev\u00eatements (rev\u00eatements \u00e0 base de solvant).<\/p>\n<p>Le rev\u00eatement PE WAX serait efficace pour la r\u00e9sistance au frottement, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la casse, la r\u00e9sistance au polissage et le matage.<\/p>\n<p>Les producteurs de PVC et de mat\u00e9riaux plastiques tels que les tuyaux, les profil\u00e9s et les c\u00e2bles pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent utiliser le PE-WAX comme lubrifiant.
